PAOB Member Induction | Welcome Frances Knight Thompson

The PAOB welcomes new member Frances Knight Thompson. Frances is an Equity Specialist in the Virginia Beach City Public Schools system and she is involved in the Hampton Roads community as a Director on the Board of Directors for Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Virginia Beach. The (CASA) is a dedicated group of volunteers, assigned by judges to provide a vital voice for children who are too young to speak for themselves during the complex legal proceedings. Frances is a facilitator with The Power of Equity, LLC and the Vice-President and Program Director of ChainBreakers, Incorporated, a community development corporation located in Portsmouth, Virginia. ChainBreakers, Inc. is dedicated to helping low-income families in the City of Portsmouth become self sufficient and better their quality of life. Frances is also the Executive Pastor at Mount Sinai Family Life Christian Center.
