The PAOB welcomes new member Dr. James E. Newby, II. Dr. James E. Newby, II, President of Primary Care Specialists, Inc. has been a family physician since 1984. He is a member of the National Medical Association and the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Newby has been the recipient of the Outstanding Clinical Instructor Award from the Student National Medical Association of EVMS and the President's Award from Old Dominion Medical Society for Outstanding Leadership. He is also the President of Act-Up Integrated Youth Services, Inc., a non-profit organization and a youth football head coach.
