The PAOB welcomes new member Rupert George. Rupert George is a Life Coach, Counselor and the owner of PNEUMA Counseling Services in Virginia Beach, VA. Rupert holds a dual Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Tampa, as well as a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Golden Gate University and Educational Counseling from Old Dominion University.
