PAOB Member Induction | Welcome Together We Can Foundation

The PAOB welcomes new member Together We Can Foundation. Together We Can Foundation (TWC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation that was created to help create more positive outcomes for young adults aging out of foster care. TWC has partnered with other organizations such as the Virginia Beach Department of Human Services and Tidewater Community College to provide programs for these young adults with educational training, employment and life skills, money management, housing assistance and more. Through these programs the foundation’s mission is to help ensure the successful transition of young adults from foster care to independent adult life.
