The PAOB welcomes new member Angelia Williams is a is a
Virginia licensed REALTOR© with Prudential Towne Realty. In 2010, Angelia
Williams was elected to serve on Norfolk’s City Council to represent the
citizens of Superward 7. As Councilwoman Williams, she serves as the
Chair of the Church Street/Huntersville Task Force and the Co-Chair of the
Mayor’s Commission on Poverty Reduction. Angelia is a member of the Park
Place/Lambert’s Point/Villa Heights Task Force, Greater Norview Task Force, the
Southside Task Force and the Greater Wards Corner Task Force. She is the
Co-Chair of the council committee for Health, Education & Families as well
as a member of the committee for Communities and Public Safety. Angelia is also
a member of the National League of Cities’ Human Development Steering
Committee.
Angelia is member of the Board of Directors of the Still Hope Foundation, the Norfolk Education Foundation and sits on the Advisory Council of Teens with a Purpose (TWP). She serves as Board Member Emeritus for the Eastern Virginia AIDS Network (EVAN), an honorary founding member of the Tidewater Community College Alumni Association and the Urban League Young Professionals Chapter of South Hampton Roads. Angelia also serves as a motivational and public speaker in many events such as conferences, workshops and roundtable discussions.
